Projectile, Missile and shootfireball straight up do not work.

Summary

When using the projectile or missile skill the projectile/missile will be stationary and not move towards the target, as a matter of fact when logging the target it returns "Unknown". With the shootfireball skill it just doesn't spawn the fireball at all and also returns "Unkown" target

Steps to reproduce I have no clue how this bug came to be on my server, Lxlp suggested that my server is cursed but after a session with the local exorcist we both came to the conclusion that it is not.

Current behavior

This is currently not affecting my server too much, just some skills cease to function

Intended correct behavior

The projectile/missile/fireball should find its target with the corrosponding targeter, it does not do this.
