the condition will always return true whatever have the item or not.

any conditions like:
- hasitem{i=passive_bot_prototype;amount=>0} true
Current behavior
the condition will always return true whatever have the item or not.
Intended correct behavior
like what as usual.
Server log file
no error or warn reports.
