Vanilla Items does not update

You can reproduce it:

1. Create a Gem Adder
2. Add that Gem to an vanilla item
3. Create a Gem that apply stats or skills
4. Add that to the item

Both Gem Adder and just the Gem does not update the vanilla item with lore.

No errors in console.
