cancelevent ~onInteract don't work on giving allay items

try right click it with item, you can still give item to it

Tried cancel it with my own event listener, which works fine

version:

MM: 5.9.0-5400

server: paper-1.21.4-225

Can confirm this has been present since Allays were added, only way I've been able to cancel within Mythic was an onInteract aura cast constantly by allays onto nearby players to cancel the interaction if the target is an allay, definitely not ideal.

Also something related, cancelling this on breedable entities should prevent the feed action, but it didn't
