Glow mechanic doesn't come off after a while and the color doesn't work

The mechanics of glow last indefinitely. Mechanics glow apparently ignores its set duration. Also, the glow effect is not removed with the auraremove mechanic. The glow colors also don't and it just appears as the classic white glow.

additional info: when casting the skill/ reloading there are no errors in the console nor the logs!
