REPLACE didn't work correctly after Paper Update to 1.21.10-117

Summary

The World is full of mobs after a papermc Update. [Legacy attachment omitted]

Steps to reproduce The MythicMobs Plugin work's correctly in version 1.21.10-113. But if you updated this to the 1.21.10-117 version, the World is full of mobs.
