When the /mm test mechanic rally @T command is used on the server, all nearby mobs except Hoglins and Zoglins are affected by it. in 1.21.11 build 5.11.2 5621
The rally mechanic has no effect on Hoglin and Zoglin

It is now found that the rally mechanism also fails to incite piglins to launch an attack.
