the ~onSignal trigger can only be used once for a specific signal.

When using the same signal in a ~onSignal trigger in different places (such as outside a meta skill) it does not fire at all.

When putting the various ~onSignal:BANDIT_DEATH into a single meta skill, the skills fire as expected.
