Summary
playsound mechanic doesn't work for mythic artifacts.
Steps to reproduce
create a playsound skill and have it activate from an artifact.
Current behavior
it doesn't play the sound.
Intended correct behavior
it should play the sound.
Server log file
nothing to be shown in the logs, it simply doesn't activate.
