Mobs with type Mpet can't spawn above y lvl 118 or above

Summary

Mobs with type Mpet can't spawn above y lvl 118 or above

I've tried it on different server setups and I get the same result.

Steps to reproduce

Make a mob using Type: MPET and try to spawn it at or above Y lvl 118. All other mythicmobs work at or above 118 but the mpet type mob only works at 117 or below.

Describe what happens currently, while the bug is affecting your server.

No errors or anything, I can see the mob for a brief second and then it vanishes.

Describe what you think should happen instead of the bug.

The mob should be able to spawn just like it can below 118.
