Issue: The following error appears when trying to teach a spell

Spell/Skill (location: XXX/plugins/MythicMobs/Skills/ExampleSkills.yml): https://pastebin.com/Gz2JSwrD

Steps:

  1. Paste the spell into the exampleItems.yml
  2. try to teach the spell by doing: /mrpg spells teach
  3. Look in the logs and receive the error

I got this new error on server startup since after I updated to the latest version. May be relevant or not.

org.bukkit.command.CommandException: Cannot execute command 'mrpg' in plugin MythicRPG v0.0.1-SNAPSHOT - plugin is disabled. this indicates there has been an error way before you tested it. Can we have a full log? Closing for now, you can reopen it with more information.
